Ordered some replacement parts from this location for my sunglasses when they broke. The order never showed up but they stepped up and made it right. Very good experience would shop here again.

I recently purchased a pair of Costa sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. The location was in an Outdoor World location, but it was a Sunglass Hut company. I purchased the warranty, so I was able to get them replaced if need be. I was specifically told by the sunglass hut location I bought the glasses at that I could get them replaced at “any Sunglass Hut location.”
I came to the Woodstock Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta location, and was greeted by an extremely rude employee. We walked in and she stood there glaring. When I explained the situation, she was incredibly disrespectful and rude. She did not take my word for what I was told at the other Sunglass Hut location about replacement, called her manager, and got off the phone with a terrible attitude towards me. Considering I paid just shy of $400 for the glasses, I expect a higher level of respect from associates, especially when a customer comes in asking for help. This was incredibly terrible PR for this Sunglass Hut location, and I highly suggest you do not take your business here unless you wanted to be treated with utmost disrespect from associates. Don’t give them your time or money.
As far as the attitude of the associate, I highly urge the store manager to take care of this matter promptly, as I will be contacting the corporate office.
