- CCChristy C.Feb 13, 20265.0I had such a great time at the American Eagle outlet in Woodstock tonight. Daniel and Nicole were seriously the best, so gracious and just wonderful overall. They were super helpful, and they literally stayed open almost an extra half hour just to make sure my experience was top-notch. Everyone associate there was awesome from the moment I walked in until I left.

Even though the store was extremely busy, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Makenzie truly went above and beyond. She even pulled clothes off the mannequin for me because it was the only one in the size I needed for my gift. Makenzie made recommendations as well. She was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Norah was amazing at checkout too. She was patient and helpful. This team genuinely cares about their customers, and it is exactly why I love shopping at this location. Highly recommend!

The store manager Bohanna was wonderful and had quickly retrieved the jeans in the size I needed. I was in and out of the store in an efficient manner.

I had a nice dinner to go to that night and my jeans ripped but they came to my rescue and walked out with these other jeans that were similar to the one I had previously. - GBGina BOct 12, 20251.0Horrible customer service, the 2 girls at the register that work there, were doing something for themselves not for the customers, the line was long for checkout, they finished doing their business at the register and both walked away like there was nobody waiting. After waiting for 30min in line - nobody helped me. I left all the clothes I wanted to buy and walked away. If they dont want to do their job then why should I shop there? It was my first and last time going to this place, anybody I know will be telling same thing, the worst experience!!!!!!!
