- MMmaria mNov 26, 20255.0We visited this store a couple of weeks ago and were so impressed with the customer service, particularly from Kate The Great! 😊 She was not only very helpful, but she was also extremely friendly, funny and she just made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable! I don’t ever write reviews but couldn’t miss an opportunity to say how wonderful she was! I don’t know who might see this but if it’s anyone in corporate, i hope you know what a shining star of an employee you have in her!
- DLDiana Lopez-LoganNov 21, 20255.0I had the best shopping experience today with the help of Kate (or Katie) sorry mom brain 🧠I’m 2 months postpartum and needed to get fitted she was amazing and when I accidentally ruined the bra from leaking milk with teary eyes I told her I would buy it even though it didn’t fit. She was so kind and reassuring and told me not to worry. Although they didn’t have my size she would expedite it for me. My 7 year old daughter was with me and I told her it was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had and she said can we come here when it’s time for my first bra? I’m not ready but they confirmed today’s great experience
