  I have been looking for jeans for YEARS and I basically gave up until I came here last week and their curvy jeans fit me so well 😭 Nicole was very helpful and I walked out with 4 new pairs of pants, and I love them!

  I visited AE at the Outlet Shoppes in Woodstock, GA on 3/14/2026 to have the security tag REMOVED from a blouse I purchased my daughter MONTHS ago. I wasn’t aware it was on there until weeks prior before finding the time to visit the store. The cashier insisted I provide a copy of the receipt, which I no longer had. I however, shared the phone# associated to my AE members account, which should display one’s purchase history. The cashier couldn’t locate the transaction in the month I ASSUMED the blouse was purchased and told me there’s nothing they can do. So, I insisted on speaking to the manager who immediately came off the floor and told me a receipt is REQUIRED, which wasn’t satisfactory considering it was the store’s careless oversight. Not to mention, with today’s technology, there are alternative ways in the retail industry to verify a transaction other than demanding a customer provide a receipt. Because I POLITELY refused to leave without them addressing the matter, only then did the manager TAKE THE TIME to review my AE members account purchase history, which led to her locating the transaction “within 1-2 minutes”. The cashier finally removed the security tag but it was the EMBARRASSMENT I had to endure to be heard, which makes the experience so upsetting. I’ve worked in retail and have heard some interesting stories. However, to stereotype people before willing to assist them is NOT providing “customer service” at all.

  I had such a great time at the American Eagle outlet in Woodstock tonight. Daniel and Nicole were seriously the best, so gracious and just wonderful overall. They were super helpful, and they literally stayed open almost an extra half hour just to make sure my experience was top-notch. Everyone associate there was awesome from the moment I walked in until I left.

  Had a wonderful experience at the American Eagle at The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock while shopping for a gift. Even though the store was extremely busy, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Makenzie truly went above and beyond. She even pulled clothes off the mannequin for me because it was the only one in the size I needed for my gift. Makenzie made recommendations as well. She was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Norah was amazing at checkout too. She was patient and helpful. This team genuinely cares about their customers, and it is exactly why I love shopping at this location. Highly recommend!

  I had gone there to exchange 3 pairs of jeans for a smaller size. The associate Norah was very friendly and helpful. The store manager Bohanna was wonderful and had quickly retrieved the jeans in the size I needed. I was in and out of the store in an efficient manner.
