- JBJessica Bankston5 days ago1.0I went with my mom to belk today so we could shop for some dresses and shoes for a wedding. It was understaffed. We tried to get check out at the jewelry part of the store and they denied us. We wrapped around the whole store and could find no one. We checked at the shoe part of the place and no one was there in case if you wanted to get some shoes. We went to the cash register and only 2 people were there working. This lady worked really slow. She tried to get these shoes for a woman who wanted to get shoes and left with the shoes for about 6 minutes! It was just a really slow process of getting out of there. We were thinking of just putting back anything we picked up and ordering it online. Not coming here again until the staff is better.
