When I finally got my order last night I was excited, but something told me it was all wrong. I start opening the package and the box is all messed up. The warehouse or wherever the boots came from employees decided to give me a box that doesn’t match my shoes at all. I finally get to the Timbs and they are a woman’s sz 8. They were so small couldn’t even put my feet in them. To top it off they look like they had been worn before. I don’t understand how such a large company could make this mistake. Trust I will be at the nearest DSW this morning returning these boots. (Online Purchase)
