Not enough variety!! Employees are not helpful at all. I can order items for pick up same day but can’t see the items in store. Makes no sense!!

I recently stopped by Nordstrom Rack for some last-minute holiday shopping, and the experience was a total win for the season! If you are hunting for premium gifts without the chaotic department store vibes, this showroom is a breath of fresh air. The layout is impressively spacious, which is a major plus for large families or anyone requiring wheelchair accessibility. Even with the heavy holiday foot traffic, the store remained remarkably organized and orderly. Usually, this time of year, you expect to see items flung everywhere, but the presentation here was top-tier from start to finish. What really stands out is the selection of designer name brands that you wouldn't typically expect to find at these price points—it adds such a unique, high-end touch to the discount shopping experience. I managed to score some incredible goodies for my god-babies, who are celebrating their 3rd birthday on Christmas! Since they are obsessed with Hello Kitty, I had to deliver, and Nordstrom Rack definitely came through with the goods. If you are in this part of town, this spot is absolutely worth the stop. Just a heads up: give yourself plenty of time! Between the hidden gems and the massive selection, this won't be a quick "in and out" trip, but it will be a successful one. #ashsaidit #NordstromRack #HolidayShopping2025 #LastMinuteGifts #HelloKitty #DesignerDeals #AtlantaShopping #AshSaidIt #GiftIdeas #ChristmasVibes #ShopSmart #LuxuryForLess #HolidayHaul #ShoppingReview #AccessibleTravel #AtlantaEvents

I don't blame the store but I do blame the online store for sending a watch with no watch inside. Good thing I didn't go all the way home and realize there's no watch but the store did refund my money but I'm still highly pissed off.

The stores signage across the board is incredibly misleading to customers, to the point that even the employees agreed. I went to a coach sunglasses case that said $55 sunglasses sale. Now the sign didn’t say select styles only, but knowing how this store is, I assumed it was. So I asked an associate which ones were included in the sale, to which they told me that any marked $79.97 were included in the sale. So I spent time selecting which ones I liked only to find out at checkout that the ones I picked were not discounted. I spoke to the manager and she said that it would be to time consuming for them to look through which ones were discounted and that we should look at the website instead. I don’t understand why the burden of responsibility falls onto the customer rather than the store. Shouldn’t the store work on ensuring that they don’t have misleading signage that wastes the time of the customer? Shouldn’t they make sure not to include sunglasses not included in the promo in the case? I said this to the manager and she said she’d take this into consideration, but no further help was given to me. I was hoping she could show me if a similar style or different color was included in the promo (which I later found out was the case after looking on the website) and I left the store empty handed and disappointed about the time wasted
