    Terrible customer service. 100% unaccommodating. God forbid you need something high up on the wall. No one's friendly, no one's in a good mood. Just hurry up, get out and stop wasting their time. This was my first time inside of a CitiTrends since 2007, and if I'm not inside one in the next 18 years, it'll be too soon. I'm definitely not paying for negativity.

    Only had 1 pair of size 14 boys jeans. What is going on with the size 14 boys jeans. This isn't the only store that does not have size 14 boys jeans. Tried several from one side of town to the other
