  I had a great experience for my first time purchasing bras at lane bryant. I had ordered bras without trying them on and they didn’t fit. A wonderful lady that works there named Emily helped me find all my correct sizes and was very patient with me trying everything on. She took her time making sure everything fit me and It made me feel like she really cared. She made the experience wonderful. I purchased 5 bras and will definitely be back and will ask for her every time. Thanks.

  Jill was awesome, she is kind, helpful and patient. I had a wonderful time shopping in the store even though I only came to pick up my online order. Great job Jill and Lane Bryant sales are the best.

  I know why I switched to Torrid! I went in at 5:30pm knowing they close at 6 pm but I knew exactly what I wanted and where each item was located. I had a $30 off $30 coupon expiring today. They had buy 4 pair of panties get 6 free plus a bogo get 60% off sale going on. So the rush was on... girl at the door changing out signs for tomorrow. The Christmas sweatshirt right there grabbed the Santa favorite one at the 60 off deal that would work with a black bra I needed. So off to the bras and I asked for help in finding a 44B (thought if they looked for it I could pick out my panties and be out the door in 15 minutes). The girl changing the signs said I can help after I finish this and I asked if she was alone? So she hollered to the lady that was ringing up the only other customer in the place where's so and so that lady hollered in the back! So I'm frantically looking thru the bras and they have dozens upon dozens of 44 in DDD, G, H just because you are a curvy fluffy gal doesn't always mean you have huge breasts! So, finally a woman comes up to me and asked what I needed I told her a black 44B with padding. She replied I don't think we have them in store but I'll look online with her tablet in hand. I said I know they are online but I was hoping for in store since I'm here now. If you would just look I'll grab my panties and y'all will be able to close on time. She again looked at her tablet and said like I said we don't have that size in store. Now mind you there's many many racks of black bras and tablets/inventory are not always correct. So I replied ya know not All full figure women have HUGE busts and you have so MANY DDD, G and H on these racks so could that mean that ALL the Bs have already been snagged? If so, maybe you all should check your inventory on what's actually selling and adjust accordingly. She was like sorry. So I go pick out the 10 pair of panties then more black bras catch my eye and Lo and behold mid way thru the 44s was a 44B! I shrieked out FOUND IT! Made my way to the register to check out no one there? So I'm waiting finally that same woman said are you ready to check out? Naw I'm just standing here for the fun of it I'm thinking but I said yes please then a new younger woman said I'll ring her up. I used my $30 coupon, the bogo 60% off, plus a $10 please come back coupon from my email and it was still $78! For one Christmas sweatshirt, 1 bra, 4 pair panties (6 were free but at $10/$12.50 each that equaled on my receipt to about $4 each times 10). Now I know why I switched to Torrid right around the corner! They have a fabulous clearance section, great wide width shoes, many different styles and selections of 44B bras in store plus EXCELLENT customer service! I'll say it AGAIN Lane Bryant when you have a plethora of DDD, G, and Hs still on your racks with minimal Cs and Ds and practically zero Bs ADJUST YOUR INVENTORY! I still was out of there by 5:54... with that woman stating I'm sorry I couldn't find you a 44B but I'm happy you found it. My reply was you didn't bother to look have a great evening.
