  Kristen was extremely helpful and kind! I came in to get a wired bra and she greeted me warmly and helped me try on multiple different styles to find the perfect fit for me. She offered great guidance and service. It was a wonderful experience and birthday gift to myself😊 Can’t wait to pick up my other bras to say hi again!

  I think it’s safe to say after this last and final visit I will be taking my business over to Torrid! This has to be the worst lane Bryant store I’ve ever been to! The customer service is lacking with all three women that work here! I had to exchange something the woman that was at the door was folding clothes and said I’m going on break. She passed me off to the woman putting bras away close to the register she said what are you here for I said an exchange you said oh let me find somebody else to help you. After the third person u got to do my exchange but they all acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I then needed help with the bra I was looking for I asked the lady if she would go in the dressing room with me to check my tag to see which bra I had on and she said just lift your shirt there’s nobody in here! I’m not doing that ladies let’s be a little more professional! This isn’t my first time to this location either! Every time I have gone it’s been a dreadful experience. I spent $245 in there needless to say I most likely will be taking everything back and buying from Torrid they are so friendly over there and have a much better selection other than floral print!

  I had a great experience for my first time purchasing bras at lane bryant. I had ordered bras without trying them on and they didn’t fit. A wonderful lady that works there named Emily helped me find all my correct sizes and was very patient with me trying everything on. She took her time making sure everything fit me and It made me feel like she really cared. She made the experience wonderful. I purchased 5 bras and will definitely be back and will ask for her every time. Thanks.

  Jill was awesome, she is kind, helpful and patient. I had a wonderful time shopping in the store even though I only came to pick up my online order. Great job Jill and Lane Bryant sales are the best.
