    Trying to contact them after install is impossible would not recommend for any one in the future to get thier device installed by this company.

    This company is ridiculous. I am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who has been dealing with this company for 9 months. There is little to no communication between them and the DMV, and they fail (them and the DMV) to give you the correct order of steps to take. So he got the device first, used it for 3 months, and then they told him those months didn’t count because he was supposed to go to the DMV first. Customer service number is a JOKE. 45 minutes to get someone on the phone, then they just refer back and forth between people who don’t know what they are doing. Never got any customer service. Then because of a glitch in their system, they did not count the month of February (something about how it only has 28 days), so now he has to be on it an additional month which he has to pay for. Smart Start- you owe him $100.
