  Came into the location to inquire about having a custom ring made . We were walked to the back of the store to speak with a women about more details . We showed the stones and we explained we didn’t have a budget as this is going to be my dream ring . After she gave us some numbers she asked more about how I acquired my stone because it is a rare one. I explained the story and then she commented “synthetic “ . That comment took me by surprise and I didn’t argue with her because you don’t think that would come out of someone’s mouth who is trying to make a sale . This was a profiling situation with assumptions made . Lease to say we took our business elsewhere and I’ll have my ring completed in half the time , tried to shop local but this isn’t the place. Never assume how much money someone has to spend .

  I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Neocia who was very helpful with changing the batteries in several of my watches. She was quick and efficient. And to Mr. Jim who remembered selling me a watch that my wife purchased as a wedding gift 9 years ago. Those are the small details that make a customer feel seen.

  I thought shopping local would be a better experience. We paid a significant amount of money for a ring only to have 2 stones now fall out now. Now they expect almost $400 to replace a tiny side stone. It's not worth it to buy a ring you can't wear on a regular basis without risking stones fall out and costing even more!
