  Went in looking for a Christmas gift. Walked around for a few min and went to jewelry counter. A lady came over to assist me. She even went to different counters to show me different items. Told her what i was looking for and she showed me some that i had not seen. Was looking for a cross necklace. She showed me and i wound up buying 1 of her suggestions! Thank you for the attention and no pressure. Thanks for your knowledge of your items on hand. Was great experience!!

  Sierra in the salon, did a great job on my hair. She gave me what I expected, a closure behind the hairline. I received several compliments on my hair.

  I had purchased the wrong pillow over 60 days ago. I opted to return it in person. I did not realize that it was past the 60 days. The young lady worked with me as well as the manager in allowing me to return the pillow and place the credit back on my JCPenney's card! Very positive experience!!!! Love my JCPenney's, even though our store closed several years ago!!

  I set my appointment with Melissa. I was able to tell her what I wanted ahead of time, she got the colors and my hair is fabulous!! Already set up my next appointment!
