  Prices were fair and typical for a JCPenny. However the store seemed to be in a mess. Multiple clothing racks were kind of thrown together, bathrooms very rough shape. Reminded me why inside malls are a dying breed.

  Excellent customer service. Walk in at 11:19 am with no waiting and my hairdresser was fantastic and we enjoyed awesome conversations.

  Went in looking for a Christmas gift. Walked around for a few min and went to jewelry counter. A lady came over to assist me. She even went to different counters to show me different items. Told her what i was looking for and she showed me some that i had not seen. Was looking for a cross necklace. She showed me and i wound up buying 1 of her suggestions! Thank you for the attention and no pressure. Thanks for your knowledge of your items on hand. Was great experience!!
