She kindly circled back to check on me, and I’m SO glad she did. Her warm smile and extensive knowledge made me feel instantly at ease. She gave me a full-on watercolor masterclass right there in the aisle—explaining the types of brushes best suited for portraits, the difference between synthetic and natural hairs, and even how brush length affects technique. Who knew short handles are better for control? She did! 😍 When it was time for her to clock out, she passed me on to Cesar, whose calm and caring energy made me feel like I was in expert hands.
