I used to love Bass Pro Shops, but After multiple visits of dealing with this it's less and less likely that i'll be coming back. These employees shouldn't be trained to trap people between clothing racks with no escape. That's a sure fire way to make people feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It's unfortunate that I don't want to shop here anymore because of consistent harassment from the staff and their third party partners.

My wife and use those points to buy some of the best everyday clothes, and other things, liked egress feeders, reels, mineral blocks, etc. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with Bass Pro and the credit card and points system. I'm not sure why it's still open if they won't even try to help you out. I go to customer service and asked. I told Yttea or Yetta (can't remember spelling fo her name) that I was not helped and I called an hour prior, drove 25 min, waited for 25 more minutes and then was told they could help me because it was late. She called me a liar by saying I was not there for 25 minutes, but she would help me out. I Come downstairs to be helped. The. I asked Sher what do I need and she tells me DL, which I give her. My DL is form Texas. And she's asks do you have a GA DL? I said no, and I told her I'm Military. She tells me: "Your orders." I'm confused like what orders. Long story shorts, she didn't. Help me, she just demanded documentation and as a new gun shopper, I didn't have a clue that I needed all of this, and her helpless attitude didn't give me a good impression. I went to Z and Son guns before to purchase a gun and they were way more helpful. I just went to Bass Pro shop for a good deal. But really not going back after this bad interaction.
