  Reginald Sims, the rep we worked with at the store in shined in providing outstanding customer service experience. He made the process feel really straightforward, was easy to work with and also helped us with a refund when an order did not turn out right per the design. Can't wait to see our customers wear the custom swag!

  I LOVE having a physical store near me! Seeing the merchandise and being able to feel the fabric was very helpful in making decisions. Reggie was a huge help as he guided me through the entire process. I will be back for sure!

  It’s so great to have a Custom Ink location that’s closer to where in love. Reggie was great from the moment we met in the store. I ordered shirts for my family business and they turned out great. He recommended a few shirts that felt great as well and the quality was amazing. I will definitely be ordering more shirts in the future.

  We were in a pinch and found your company on the website. I loved the fact that we didn't have a minimum that had to be ordered. I didn't want to spend the extra money for shipping but these shirts are for an event and I waited too long to make a decision. They came quicker than expected and they look great! The quality is good and the design came out exactly as planned.
