Dancers come in all shapes, sizes, ages—and yes, backgrounds. I shop here with my young dancer, and choosing dancewear is something she truly looks forward to. That experience matters. While we understand that everyone has off days, consistently poor customer service is not something we can overlook. Retail spaces like this have the opportunity to create lasting, joyful memories for dancers and their families. As a loyal customer of many years, I sincerely hope the store will recommit to treating every person who walks through its doors with warmth, respect, and basic decency.
