I stopped in after an unexpected opportunity to create an outdoor painting for my niece’s new backyard and pool area and I honestly wasn’t sure what I needed. Kirsten was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic from the start. She helped me find the right type of paints for outdoor use, walked me through options for durability and finish, and made sure I had the right accessories and tools to bring the project to life. Her guidance made a huge difference, especially for a first-time outdoor painting. What stood out most was how supportive she was. She didn’t just point me toward products; she explained why certain paints and materials would work better for my specific project. I left feeling confident, excited, and completely prepared. The selection at this location is fantastic, but it was Kirsten’s expertise and exceptional customer support that made the experience truly memorable. I had an idea of the color I was searching for, but he helped me actually get what I was looking for. Then, when I was overwhelmed by the selection of paper for watercolor he explained the variations. I got everything I needed! Thank you for excellent customer service and quality time helping out a novice!

Called ahead to drop off a piece for replacing glass in a frame, they said bring it in and you can drop it off with framing. I get there and they said do you have an appointment. There was no mention of an appointment when I called ahead. I’m working and cannot sit around while others are trying to pick out a frame. I said can I just drop it off, and she says oh no I can’t do that. So I just wasted an hour commuting and my time in the store. A real person would have understood the situation and proposed a resolution so I can drop my piece off and be on my way. There goes lost business. Maybe the rest of the store employees are helpful but definitely not the person in framing
