- DBD BrownNov 29, 20251.0The staff is very condescending. “At no point did I request the price when asking about a tuning service, yet I was told several times that it was ‘expensive.’ This wasn’t helpful and created an uncomfortable, unnecessarily condescending interaction.” Being told something is ‘expensive’ without me even requesting the price was unsolicited and disrespectful.” This happened not once but twice upon my dropping the instrument off and me picking the instrument up. Constantly berated my instrument trying to convince me to RENT one from them, when I was holding a brand new fully paid for CELLO. Which made zero sense to me due to another customer getting their instrument serviced and the staff not even knowing it was their own instrument they sold to the customer. I will not be patronizing this business ever again and warn others to beware of the disrespect they will endure trying to get an instrument serviced. And $70 is not expensive.
