  I had a fantastic experience at this store! After repeated disappointments at the Columbus location, I decided to drive to Newnan. I was so impressed with the customer service and cleanliness. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

  Upon entering, I noticed there were about 4 to 5 employees at the front — none of whom acknowledged me. I even made direct eye contact with one young lady, and she completely ignored me. There was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and frankly, it felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. While I did not have any issues selling my items, the lack of basic customer service — especially from the younger staff — left a very negative impression. Greeting customers and offering assistance should be standard practice, and it’s disappointing when that standard is not met.

  Unfortunately I waited for 15 minutes in line because one person was working the checkout and 4 people were sorting and pricing clothes. I feel customers in the store should be valued more.

  Addison had amazing customer service . It’s always a pleasure to make that travel to come and shop. Definitely my first go to store to shop for my little ones. Love this location 💙💙💙💙💙
