I have been to this location on several occasions and it is like the big box retailers. You will have to wait forever to be checked out. This is just a one off this is a constant problem with the Belks. It is no wonder people are choosing order online and pickup in store. The don't want to wait forever in line to be waited on. I truly can understand why people choose other ways to buy than box retailers. The companies have forgot about Customer Service and who is paying to keep the doors open. Absolutely horrible experiences in this store.
