    Horrible Service. I walked in and fought an item, I literally walked the store looking for someone to check me out. 4/28/2026 around 6:48pm EST - check the cameras.

    Worst customer service in shoe department! Second time in less than six months I've dealt with rude behavior from this department. Today, was a return of merchandise. If someone buys something with part gift card and part cash (with receipt) and then returns because it doesn't fit Belk gives you a gift card for full amount. No cash? Sales person and manager gets irritated, huffing and puffing, rolling their eyes with attitude. Extremely rude behavior because I wanted my return the way I paid; partial gift card and partial cash! If I didn't have this gift card, I would NEVER shop here again as it isn't the first time I've dealt with rudeness!
