- SOSeanna O'Neal6 days ago1.0The employee that was there Friday February 27th at 5pm probably needs to be trained on customer service. She didn’t greet me at all. I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find sunglasses and she was on her phone the whole time and didn’t even look up at me.

I was looking and then found a pair of ray bans that I liked then I asked a Macy’s associate if I could have some help to look at them. She first of all had an attitude then she went over on the intercom for an associate to come and help me. Nobody even acknowledged me or even bothered helping me. Terrible customer service and never will be returning. TERRIBLE!!
