- SHSue H3 days ago5.0Writing to complement Faraz and my experience with this Edible Arrangements store. Wanted to send something to my elderly parents (both in their late 80s) for New Year's Eve and the selection was not only impressive, but so was the service. Faraz handled it perfectly and ensured a smooth delivery. It went so well that I added on my own NYE platter for some friends we had in town, and it was also a big hit. Will certainly be coming to them again.

First of all I make an online order and before confirming it, I called to make sure the package will be delivered between 11am-12pm because I wanted to surprise my wife at work, the representative over the phone assured it will be delivered around that time as long as I add that in the notes of the order, which I did. Now on the delivery date by 12:30pm I call to check on the status of the delivery, a different representative said they did not honor that and that the other representative lied to me because they never go by notes, I was very disappointed at that point and asked what he can do for me, he asked what time my wife left work,I told him around 2:30pm, then he said he will make sure the package will be delivered before then.At 2:30pm I call my wife to see if she had received a package and nothing, I told my wife to wait a little bit because I had a surprise for her, i called the store back, at first no one picked up then someone picked up and hung up on me twice. The package was not delivered until 4:30pm. I’ve also submitted a complain to the manager via the website and no one has bothered to reach out and apologize, this is ridiculous, I will never do business with Edible Arrangements again.
