I received confirmation that they would be ready at 11:30a but when I called the day of I got a worker fussing about how backed up they were and my order wouldn’t be ready until 5 or 6p. He insisted that I contact corporate to cancel. After sitting on the phone for 42 min waiting on corporate to answer the phone, a nice lady told me that the store has to do day of cancellations. I called the store and then spoke with the store mgr Ali who said to me that those workers are temps and they aren’t his normal workers. I feel it doesn’t matter what type of workers they are. If they are working in that store they represent that store for how many days they temp there. Now my scavenger hunt has to be altered due to them being backed up. How??? You are a company that’s been in business a while now and should be prepared for this day. I will never support this business again because someone dropped the ball and definitely hid their hands. I’m sure my little money won’t matter to them but every chance I get I will tell people if you have a special occasion don’t trust them because it’s a 70/30 chance you will need a back up plan. Thanks a lot Edible Arrangements in McDonough for my first purchase with you gone wrong 👎🏾

My request was made two weeks prior to the special day (my wifes birthday). I requested that it be delivered within a 3 hour window so that she would be in the office. When I called this store after the requested time frame had passed and the package had not been delicered, the individual who answered the phone was rude. This is the first and last time I use this company
