I went to a counter and asked Karen (the beauty advisor ESL) could she do my return and she said yes without any hesitation. Karen had great customer service, she was nice, and welcoming. I told the manager about this, so hopefully he addressed this with the rude employee, and please give Karen her accolades. Karen gets 10 stars and the rude employee gets no stars, so that’s why I select 3 stars.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a department that requires customer assistance. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

The cashier told me I could get $5 are less for my item. There was no way I would give Belk my money for shoes I bought. I barely missed their 30 day mark by a few days. This makes me not want to shop here. A store that wants to keep most of your money and nor even offer you a exchange are a gift card to show in there store. They may have just lost me as a customer. It's all about the principle to me. But the just made it easy for me to ship at others store no matter how good your items look. I don't like this. Time are hard and you want to take most of my money. It's not like I had the shoes in my closet for six months are they had been worn. But good 👋 bye Belk.
