I went in with my fiancé to find something to wear to a work event. I walked to the back where the women’s clothing is and the lady in the front followed me and acted like she was “doing something back there” I immediately felt uncomfortable so I went back to the front to my fiancé so we could leave. I’m sure a place like that has cameras and to profile people and treat them like criminals when they are there to give you business just seems asinine. It was extremely obvious she came back there to watch me because when she saw me walk back towards the front she was clearly done with whatever she went back there “to do”. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life and I’m a healthcare professional.

For our 50th anniversary we are going to Italy for a land and cruise adventure. Boozer helped my husband to an incredible custom sports coat and a blazer that fit perfectly and reflected our sense of style. We are beyond pleased! Thanks so much.

My adult daughter and I went into the store today. There was a lady working at the front half of the store as there were men shopping in that section. We went to the back room where the women’s clothing is and the worker followed us, not saying anything, and stood in the doorway watching us. We had the distinct feeling she thought we were going to steal something. It was very upsetting to be treated this way. My daughter really liked a sweater there but we were so uncomfortable with the situation that we left and will not return. You have plenty of signs saying you have cameras everywhere so there is no need to treat customers so rudely.

After my first review about a long tailoring delay, the owner replied claiming they had “no record” of my purchase. That response says everything about how this place operates—deflect instead of taking responsibility. Yes, I did buy a shirt here. It took more than THREE weeks to finish something that was supposed to be done in a few days, and every follow-up was met with silence or excuses. Now, instead of owning it, the owner wants to pretend I don’t exist. Save yourself money and shop elsewhere. The clothes they sell here can almost all be found on their original store's website for less money. Mizen + Main shirts? Cheaper on the real website. Ibiza coats? Cheaper on the real website. Even the colognes they sell behind the check-out counter are marked up ridiculously. If you’re looking for dependable tailoring near Marietta Square, skip this place and try South Park Tailors on Winters Street, Queens Alteration on Whitlock Avenue, or J Lancaster Clothing for custom menswear - each offers professional service and craftsmanship for a cheaper price than Square Threads, and can also do it quicker. This is a "one and done" kind of store. You walk in, check out the small selection of overpriced, marked-up clothing, and then you leave. Once you get home you can order what you liked online for a fraction of the cost, and then go over to South Park Tailors for quick, well-priced tailoring. Square Threads is the perfect example of style over substance — overpriced, underdelivered, and backed by an owner more interested in denial than customer care. The store sells marked-up clothes you can find cheaper online, botches simple tailoring jobs, and then argues with anyone who points it out. Marietta deserves better than this kind of arrogance disguised as luxury.
