  Worst lululemon store I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and have spent tens of thousands over the years, and this is the only location where I’ve been treated like this—rude staff, small inventory, and I was literally yelled at in front of other customers/clients over a return/exchange they claimed was “outside policy.” I called the 1-800 line afterward. So this wasn’t a policy issue—it was staff who are untrained and unaware of their own rules. If lululemon keeps employees like this, I’ll take my business to other stores and brands.

  I generally have a nice experience at this location. I was there to try to find a sweater that I saw online for my husband...thought I saw it on the sale rack. There was a lady with a puffy red coat on inside, she walked by my daughter and I twice and never said a word to us...not "hello", not "can I help you find anything?"...nothing. The store was practically empty, felt weird. We just walked out.

  I purchased joggers from Lululemon online with a store pickup in East Cobb and received a confirmation number stating the joggers I paid for were ready for pickup. I was not told that I had a two day pick up window at the time of purchase, I was sent an email which I missed and my order was cancelled. When I called the store, the associate who initially would not let me speak to manager told me that I lost my order because this is fhe busy season and the item was sold. I reiterated to her that I PAID for the joggers- they were not on hold. She then became exasperated and told me that she would get the manager. No one ever came back to the phone. This is a very poor way to do business. Obviously, they no longer will get mine.

  Customer service is non existent here. This was my first time at this location. Several employees walked past me and offered help to other customers while I had to hunt down an employee just to ask for help. I have never experienced this at any other lululemon location in the metro ATL area. I was very disappointed as a long time customer.
