  I purchased joggers from Lululemon online with a store pickup in East Cobb and received a confirmation number stating the joggers I paid for were ready for pickup. I was not told that I had a two day pick up window at the time of purchase, I was sent an email which I missed and my order was cancelled. When I called the store, the associate who initially would not let me speak to manager told me that I lost my order because this is fhe busy season and the item was sold. I reiterated to her that I PAID for the joggers- they were not on hold. She then became exasperated and told me that she would get the manager. No one ever came back to the phone. This is a very poor way to do business. Obviously, they no longer will get mine.

  Customer service is non existent here. This was my first time at this location. Several employees walked past me and offered help to other customers while I had to hunt down an employee just to ask for help. I have never experienced this at any other lululemon location in the metro ATL area. I was very disappointed as a long time customer.

  Well, I walked into Lululemon on my birthday, thinking I’d treat myself and drop a casual grand on some fancy athleisure. Instead, I got the full ‘Are you lost?’ stare from the staff as if I’d wandered into a secret yoga cult meeting. Not a single ‘Can I help you?’ just lots of side-eye and awkward vibes. Honestly felt like I’d accidentally crashed their VIP meditation circle

  Lauren helped me with a return and she also went above and beyond to help me placed an order online for something that was not in the store. Everyone else those I interacted with were greeting me with friendliness. Would come back to this location anytime.

  I can see why this store has so many poor reviews. As a new Lulu customer, I did not feel welcomed at all. I had several returns due to sizing issues. The Educator claimed she has been doing this for 11 years but she was not able to answer basic questions about the men’s products. When I provided constructive feedback, she got an attitude. The Manager was right there also and offered nothing. How she became a Manager is a mystery? This was a Sunday at 1 PM. As for the Educator, perhaps, 11 years is enough and you need to move on to a job where you are not customer facing.
