My mother in law and sister in law planned a perfect birthday surprise for my wife’s birthday. They called all day to make sure someone would be available to receive the order so that it wouldn’t sit out. Edible Arrangements apparently decided to play soccer with her cake before delivering. The cake arrived all broken up. However, my wife was grateful for the surprise and was still happy to share a picture with her family giving the benefit of doubt that accidents happen. After sharing the picture with her sister is when the rage happened. It was quite comical when her sister shared a screenshot of what the gift should have looked like. And after careful reevaluating the cake it had to be a known issue because the “broken” topping was just placed back on top and there were no as advertised chocolate dipped strawberries 🍓!!!!! This is a textbook example of poor customer experience and delivery!!! Please see attached photos!!!

He was kind and patient as he had some difficulty getting my order to my mom because of me but he went out of his way to get it done. On the day it supposed to be delivered I get a call from them saying it will not be delivered because their driver did not have enough time to finish with all the deliveries of the day, which I think then they should just limit the orders they are actually capable of doing per day. Anyway, they asked me if it was ok to get the delivery the following day Feb 16 to which I replied yes since I already paid for it and it’s late enough to go out trying to find a special birthday gift. So, today Feb 17 I texted my friend to ask if she had gotten my gift yesterday and she told me nothing came.... I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 57 minutes and nobody has pick up the call yet to explain why they didn’t deliver my order or even called me to let me know. I should have check the reviews before thinking of paying for this awful service.
