I tried to use 5 different non Belk gift cards (visa etc), all were declined (Petsmart and Walmart accepted them) Now they are emailing me with more offers. Which I’m sure won’t apply.. You know.. I would have felt much better about my shopping experience without the offers.. offering a discount that doesn’t work is just off putting, plus, state you don’t accept gift cards up front, now I just feel manipulated, and I won’t shop here again.

Since the BK filing, the service, junky, disorderly appearance of the men's department, the shrinking Big & Tall section, shoe dept. (all with very limited, dated selections from 2-3 seasons ago) and non service are frustrating and annoying. I've seen it all before at the Town Center store. I'm hopeful, but not optimistic that things will improve for this once esteemed store. 😢🤔
