  Professional services and easy return experience thanks to Kat! I had to return a jacket that I received by mail-order. It was an Anne Klein women’s notch jacket with belt…only it didn’t come with the belt in the package. This was unfortunate since I had been lucky enough to get the last jacket in my size. Then Kat to the rescue! She was able to do the return for me with no problem. She then suggested that I might be able to find a belt that would match it there in the store…which I did. I was able to repurchase the jacket and belt with a reasonable price adjustment/discount for my trouble. All better. Thanks Kat!

  My wand l drove 30 miles from Atlanta to buy a Valentines day piece of jewelry. Waited over 30 minutes until someone from the shoe department finally came and waited on us. The store looks like a morgue, no one around. Pitiful. Ve poor service. Will never return.

  On 1/4/26 at 2:15 PM I had the absolute WORST customer service experience of my life thanks to associate #015493 who for some reason was allowed to work register 109. I simply came to return a purchase which should have been the EASIEST transaction if not for poor attitude and utter lack of respect for customers. When I got in line there was 1 person checking out ahead of me. When the patron finished I waited while associate # 015493 refused to acknowledge my presence, after waiting for about a minute I approached the counter with receipt and item in hand and said "hello", after being ignored I repeated "HELLO?" she then rolled her eyes and replied with a dry hello like I was bothering her and looked back down. I said I need to do a return and reached out to hand her the receipt. She then snatched the receipt and tossed the printed return receipt at me and walked off without any word or eye contact. I don't know how this is acceptable. The other lady at the counter did apologize afterwards. There is FAR to much of this "I don't need this job" attitude out here and companies need to know that as consumers we have had enough! The Kennesaw store has already closed and this is how your staff behaves? If you can't vet and train your staff on the basics of customer service like greeting and acknowledging customers, simple politeness and courtesy place them in non customer facing roles or don't hire them at all. To go out of your way to be intentionally rude and belligerent towards a customer is the type of behavior that will force consumers to spend elsewhere and lead to you closing even more stores.
