  I have the pleasure of stopping by this location this past Sunday to make a return and was greeted very warmly at the door. The customer service here was unmatched and very welcoming! Tyra, Alexis and Tamla are an excellent example of people who take their employment seriously and should be used as mentors for other locations on how to handle customers. This location is about an hour away from me however, I will make the effort to come back here again!

  We have shopped at this store several times every time is a joy. The store is well organized and so put together. Our most recent visit Tyra and Thaniqua helped us with our shopping. We found the perfect dress. These ladies were so helpful and were so kind. The shopping feels personalized and has you leaving with even more confidence. The staff truly are there to make your shopping experience perfect. The customer service is top tier!

  I recently visited the store for my daughter to pick out a Valentine's Dance dress. And this place is so welcoming! They are helpful! A lady by the name of Sade, working on Saturday, January 31st was a sweetheart. She helped me out tremendously!

  This store and the employees are ALL amazing! My daughter, my mother in law and myself, had our annual girls prom dress shopping day. Let me just say, it is my girl's senior prom this year, so she wanted to find the most perfect dress. When I tell you that these ladies were all so attentive and helpful, they were top notch....then as my girl tried on each dress, every one of the ladies working there hyped her up as she tried on each dress and then when we found THE DRESS, these ladies were so sweet and let her know just how amazing my girl looked! They were even so sweet to me as I started to tear up looking at how beautiful and grown my girl is looking! I watched as other girls went to dressing rooms and tried dresses on, the sales team was hyping these girls up and showing them so much love! I know every girl that left that store had to feel like a queen!!! I think every last one of these ladies need a raise!! WINDSOR......you have the best of the best working in your Macon store! I would like to add that last year my daughter had went with a friend last year to find a prom dress. They went to Atlanta to shop. They went to Windsor there also. When we were checking out at the Macon location, I asked my daughter if the sales team at the Lennox mall were as great as the ones in Macon. Her reply was "Mama, they didn't even acknowledge we were in the store. So to the ladies at Windsor (Shoppes at River Crossing) that were working on January 24th 2026 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO GREAT!!! KEEP BEING AMAZING!!!! GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISE!!!

  I brought my 13 year old in after an unsuccessful trip to Dillard’s to look for a formal dance dress. She was feeling very down about her size and just plain sad after leaving the teeny tiny dresses in Dillard’s. Let me just say…. The staff at this store was incredible. My daughter left with not only a beautiful and affordable dress and jacket, she left with a renewed spirit and confidence thanks to the sweet ladies in the Windsor store. I have prayed many blessings over you all since leaving and I will definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great quality great prices and great Ben better customer service
