- MEMonique EdwardsNov 14, 20252.0Ive been shopping at Express for many years . I have always noticed how a button may pop off , a zipper breaks or a hem falls out within a few months of owning . That never stopped me from being a returned customer , however ; I purchased a blouse and had it on only for an hour and the elastic broke on the wrist so I had to use a safety pin to fasten it together . I went to the store to see if there was anything they could do and was given a number to customer service who was not any help at all . Prices are high while quality is low ! I’ll be shopping at White House Black Market from now on . Their clothes are much better quality . I only gave two stars because the staff is friendly
