- JFJoyce Farlar5 days ago2.0I went to Belks at River Crossing to return a pair of shoes that I bought over the website. The cashier in shoes was so cold and non-concern about what I want. I wanted to return the shoes and get another pair in my size. She never once asked me that I want another pair. She just quickly say she were refunding my money back to my card and that was the end of that I look at some more shoes that was there in a store and every time I went to her and asked her to have these shoes and white. Her response was short quick never thank you for coming in. Thank you for ordering nothing. Everyone else in different departments attitudes were great. I shopped often on my own and in the store and I am a loyal customer and I feel like I should not have been treated that way.
