  Managers have absolutely the worst mic etiquette. Will have to ask multiple times to get an answer to a question and by the time you get an answer the customer has already left out the door. Ask a question twice be prepared for a snappy and sharp remark back.

  Asked for help getting a small box of 22LR not the big box and Jordan said he help me there were 3 other workers and they were just all play around and joking I had money to spend and needed them for my wife I will shop ammo some were else for now on the lady that helped me with the other ammo and everything was nice and good though

  I came in for a return went to customer service there was a young man named victor who apparently did not wanna be there he told me to go to register 6 she can assist me there I replied oh okay and asked a question I have a return still go he rudely cut me off and yelled and said go to register six I calmly said okay calm I didn’t hear you before I could tell him screams at me saying don’t yell at me I ain’t your kid I’m looking completely dumbfounded I said I didn’t yell at you he then asks the customer he is assisting did I yell at him customer nods her head I could tell that he knew her at this point I raised my voice and said what’s the problem he then aggressively takes his badge off and nearly try’s to square up at me I feel unsafe at this need I tell you that there are at-least 3 managers or shift leaders around and everyone says victor go to break victor calm down but I’m literally here standing alone not one manager or employee asked how I was doing asked are you okay I even tried to talk to the managers not one cared enough to see about me but everyone gets off Scott free I’m disturbed and I feel unsafe. This was my first time shopping here i won’t again and it might not mean much but Walmart gives better service this would of never happened. I’m concerned on to why the managers and the employees did not care enough to even ask me what happened
