- MAMisss AliyahDec 19, 20252.0One of the manager ls at this location is extremely racist. I’m on my 5th pair on sunglasses , I’ve spent countless dollar at tanger never had I ever had a racist encounter . This mgr assumed I brought items from another location into the store before she even looked at my product or checked her information I purchased a 13 month insurance plan on my sunglasses she denied til she checked my information . She had no knowledge of the product I was inquiring about instead she went off of her own knowledge with only 1 year experience in this store and said that my item is not something they sell . She embarrassed me in front of other customers and I highly recommend people of color choose wisely with who you spend your money with . This mgr whose name I didn’t get appeared to be white older woman with grey short hair please train your leaders to deal with exchanges better !
