  I had a wonderful experience at Michael Kors yesterday thanks to Ebonique’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly patient, kind, and truly took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Ebonique definitely represented the Michael Kors brand beautifully, even her outfit reflected the style and class of the brand. She made my visit enjoyable and stress-free, and her professionalism did not go unnoticed. I will absolutely be returning soon, especially to purchase the sandals she had on, they were gorgeous! Thank you, Ebonique, for such a great shopping experience.

  I’ve never had a bad experience here until a few weeks ago. I had a really disappointing experience due to how a return/exchange was handled by the store manager. I came in to exchange a jacket for a different size—same item, same price—and I had my receipt. I was only two days past the return window, which I fully acknowledged. I politely asked the cashier, who turned out to be the store manager named Fred, if that is even his real name, if he could simply try processing the exchange in the system. I made it clear that if the system rejected it, I would understand. He refused to even attempt it and immediately shut it down based solely on the date. I accepted that response at first and walked out, but considering I had driven out specifically for this and the jacket was completely unusable to me in the wrong size, I decided to go back in and ask another employee a general question for clarification. That employee explained that typically the system does not reject exchanges that are only a few days past the return date. When I asked to proceed with the exchange, everything was processing perfectly fine. At that point, Fred stepped in and stopped the transaction, saying, “I already told you no.” The issue clearly was not the system—it was his unwillingness to help. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and more about authority than customer service. I understand policies exist, but good customer service also allows for discretion—especially when the system allows it and the request is reasonable. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and it’s disappointing to be treated that way as a paying customer.
