  Amazing staff from the associates to the managers every single visit. Although this location is still fairly new, the atmosphere easily surpasses many other stores at Tanger or even in the malls. I absolutely love this store, and especially this location in particular. I will definitely be back! Special thanks to DeeDee, Darnell, Rachel, and Eric. This holiday season was truly fabulous thanks to them.

  Today, I returned to this store with my daughter for a 2nd bag after purchasing one just before Christmas a week ago. Each time, I encountered the rudest, nastiest "salesperson" I've ever experienced. The first time, she was completely inattentive and plain rude. The store was slightly crowded, near closing and it was 2 days before Christmas, so I showed a little grace and proceed to complete the purchase (a younger lady had greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for - extremely professional and courteous - but the older, rude person was at the register). This transaction ended with the rude cashier printing off the receipt, leaving it on the printer for me to take. I was FLOORED. I snatched it and thought, "Wow. How rude". This time, this same rude person was the only one working the store. I hadn't even noticed her until she became rude AGAIN! This time, in the process of assisting another couple, she asked my daughter and I if she could help us with something- which was super-weird because we were waiting for her to finish with the couple who were there before us. I told her we needed to price a tote. Her response was "is there no tag inside the bag?" My daughter looked inside, saw the price and read it aloud, the rude cashier says "then that's the price". Again, the rudeness FLOORED me and this time there was no grace. The store was completely empty aside from the 5 of us, there was NO excuse for her nastiness. I told her she was rude wheb I was there a week ago and told my daughter I wold drive her 1hr and 30 minutes to Dawsonville outlet before I spent another cent in the LG location. I do not wish for anyone to lose their job in this current climate, but this person needs another one, ASAP. She needs a non-customer-facing position that requires no interaction with customers. Otherwise, she will be the cause of a major financial loss to this location. I will locate my receipt from December for this person's name and edit to include it , but I'm sure it won't be hard to figure out- as I'm certain the previous 1-star review is about this same person..and I'm sure these experiences aren't isolated. If this store values its customers, put that person in a position in the backoffice, AWAY from paying customers.

  My family and I were just there, and we ended up leaving after about 15 minutes because no one assisted us. One young man greeted us briefly, but he returned to helping another family who was already inside before us. We stood near the manager the entire time, and she never acknowledged us (not even saying hello), even when we walked directly in front of her. At one point, we even said out loud that we couldn’t find what we came in for, a large travel bag with a suitcase strap, but still received no assistance. Because we didn’t feel supported or valued as customers, we decided to leave and chose not to spend our money at this outlet store.
