We went there for watching stranger things 5 finale at amc .It was a great experience . This mall is so big we couldn’t cover it in that day. There are so many shops. And it has indoor play area also so that kids can play while you are doing some shopping. Want to visit again. It has plenty of parking. So no need to worry about parking.

On Christmas Eve we we to Medieval Times at the sugarloaf mills location, and since it was of course busy at the mall, had to park at the parking structure at the and if the mall by amc This was fine coming in, as we walked and shopped a few minutes prior to our show. We had a fantastic time When we were leaving, we were somewhat rudely told by security, especially a man on a sedge way, that we could not walk down the closed mall to the doors closest to the parking structure, that we had to go around through the parking lot, where there were no sidewalks, it's dark, and I quote "it's not that bad a walk" What if I'd been a mom alone with a little kid? A woman alone? A teen mall employee? I asked. He just pointed and said go, with no concern. Just audacity and a power trip, on Christmas Eve, somewhat spoiling our evening experience. Was it super late? No. Was it dark, yes. The holidays are a time where sadly people prey on those walking alone. My daughter used to work at that show...now I'm wondering if security didn't care about her if she had to park far, either It would have been just as easy to monitor people walking on one side down the inside of the mall to that exit to the doors by the theater. I know the theater was open, my son works for AMC at another location and I know their hours and days of operation. I'm infuriated thinking of anyone that unfortunately had to possibly park on the whole other side of the mall and had to walk around the entirety of the building to their car. Do better, Simon Mills/Sugarloaf Mills. It's hard enough keeping mall shopping alive without casually disregarding the safety of your customers.

It was just okay. I didn't see the deals that I thought I would for an outlet mall. I went to the Edge store located there, and was completely disappointed. There used to be an Edge store in the Mall of Georgia, but they went out of business. The one at Sugarloaf Mills isn't the same even though they look it from the front. I just wasn't impressed.

A mall that might offer a blueprint for other malls, particular in the orbit of a major city, to consider with regards to sustainability going further. A great mix of big chains and smaller stores tailored to the diversity of the area. It seems like this mall succeeds because it knows and respects it’s shoppers, and combined with a little local ingenuity to operate unique and interesting businesses, you end up with a shopping center that feels surprisingly “alive” compared to many others that are noticeably ailing. Good snacks, good essentials, good food court, big box stores like bass pro shops and even a medieval times. Definitely an interesting walk through if nothing else. One of the best malls for the common people in the metro Atlanta area.

I visited a stand called TALK’N FIX at Sugarloaf Mills, which sells AirPods, phone cases, and offers screen repairs. I approached them because there was a 'buy one, get one free' AirPods sign, but I only wanted one pair. They told me the price was $80. Then the employee suggested an AirPod case even though I was not planning to buy one. I thought he was just being helpful, so I agreed. At no point was I told there were no refunds. I only found that out after I came back to request a refund once I realized I had paid $106 total for fake AirPods. The charger they included did not work on my phone at all. It was not charging and felt cheaply made, almost like the surface could be scratched off, and showed dryness underneath. The AirPods came in packaging that looked like an Apple box, so there was no clear indication that they were not authentic. When I questioned this, the employee tried to make it seem like I should have known they were knockoffs. Later I found out the employee was actually the manager( AMIN ALI) of the stand even though at first he told me he needed to talk to the boss. They then tried to help by offering an exchange for a different pair that they claimed had noise-cancelling. After trying them at home, they clearly did not have noise canceling (my family member got the exchange and they said they would do it for free). Because of this, it was hard to trust anything they said. ( Plus, I don’t even get paid that much. So, it wasn’t fair for me) Both the manager and his assistant gave false information( the teen girl with light brown eyes). This experience felt misleading and unfair not only to me but to anyone who shops at this stand expecting genuine products and the fact that the stand is still standing there is disappointing.
