I purchased an item online, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Jessica was awesome and very kind, patient, and helpful. Palmer also helped me try to get the bike into my car. Even though it didn’t fit, they were still very understanding and continued to help me the next day. I’m truly grateful for how kind, professional, and accommodating everyone was. This location really cares about its customers, and it shows. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Bass Pro Shops.

After 10 minutes they called the person ahead of me. I waited about 5 minutes and a sales rep finished waiting on a customer. Instead of servicing the queue & calling my name, a man and young woman who had just arrived walked up to the freed sales rep and asked about a product. The sales rep said, I can help you with that. I thought maybe it was something quick & simple ...but that wasn't the case. I waited 3-4 minutes and the sales rep was still busy with the couple. I lost my patience, left, and bought from Academy Outdoors instead. Fifteen minutes after I left I got the phone notification "It's almost your time to be served...".

I bought a killer instinct crossbow had It three months the string broke then Bass Pro shop returned it and sent me another one. Well it took a month to get it and now here I am not even within a year and they did not tell me that I needed to register my bow through killer instinct to be able to have a warranty on it for a whole year. Nobody informed me of that when I’ve purchased it, I had no idea and then I live 45 minutes from the Bass Pro In Loganville, Georgia I called out there and the Bow tech Kent been talking to him on the phone told him I was coming out there told him it would take me 45 minutes To get there well when I got up there, he was supposed to be looking into my receipt process and he was not hearing nothing. I had to say he did not care. He acted like it was coming out of his paycheck to take the time to sit down and either tell me the procedure to take forth to repair my bow or To Get replacement parts. He did not want to assist me in the matter, barely at all he was rude and it was basically his way or the highway so now here I am with a $650 bow that I can’t get replaced or repaired if the man would have just simply Instructed me on how to get the parts, but he simply said that he could not get the parts for this killer instinct bow if he cannot do that then why is he selling them? He said you cannot get parts for this bow all while I took this bow to Social Circle, Ace Hardware and the archery department down there is going to fix the bow just awaiting on parts. This is my last experience coming to the Bass Pro shop thanks Bass Pro shop for all your help. Really appreciate it. I wasn’t asking for nothing for free. I was simply asking for instructions or if it could be repaired or replaced by Bass Pro shop or if I had to come out of pocket for it which I was completely fine for thank you very much. Something needs to be done to the customer support in the archery department.
