I received a $100 birthday gift card and placed an order on 2/17/26 for four items, totaling $136.70, and paid the difference. Since then, I’ve received six different messages about the order. Two of the items were marked as “on hold” until 3/5/26 and 3/7/26, but the other two had no updates at all. Today, I went to the store to pick up order W274508282. The last two items were not available for pickup—even though they were sitting on the sales floor. I went to Customer Service to see if Bass Pro Shops could simply check out the two items that were already paid for, regardless of whether the order was placed online or in-store. I was told I would need to purchase them again, wait for the original items to arrive, and then request a reimbursement. I have never heard of a process like this, and it will be the last time I order anything online from Bass Pro Shops. As of now, I still have no idea when the order will actually be fulfilled.

He fitted me for my arrow size and gave me numerous tips. I tried to tip him 3 times and he would not accept it. If he was in commercial real estate i would hire him in a heartbeat. Great employee and great guy. Thanks for all the help Ken.
