So NEW people who came up long after we waited and waited and waited were helped, while we 5 customers in jewelry were told to keep waiting, they would get to us! After 1 hour, We decided to leave! Very upset with the horrid service and I will NEVER come back to ANY belks!

No one speaks when you walk in, i was in the store over 20 minutes before someone asked if i needed any assistance. I will admit there was a young African American lady that was very nice who worked in the cologne section. I haven't been back since my experience.
