  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store didn’t have my size in a shoe so they ordered my size online. I received the shoes and they still didn’t fit. I took them back up to this store that I order them from and they refused to give me a refund. It’s been under 30 days I had my receipt and the tags still on the shoes. The manager didn’t give me her name and refused to give me corporates number but it was the African American manager lady on the shift at 12 today at this location in Lagrange ga. She has a crooked eye! She proceeded to say the shoes had been worn when I only tried on one shoe. How could they have been worn with the tags still on them and they didn’t fit me?? She continued to make jokes to other customers about not trying on their shoes outside if you’re going to return them when I did no such thing. She was very nasty and unprofessional to be a manager. She was also making fun of another one of her workers calling them messy in front of customers when she’s clearly the messy one there. There was no reason she couldn’t have returned my shoes if it was under 30 days and they still had tags on them. I did contact corporate. This lady should be fired and Belk has lost a loyal customer today. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!

  If i could give zero stars i could. I Went to belks today to find a pair of shoes. Found the shoes and realized i left my card in the car. So i went to the front where the registers are. Saw a blonde hair lady and i politely asked her if it would be ok if i left my cart with my shoes. She did answer me; only turned glared at me for about 10 secs and gave me eyeroll as she turned away! Her coworker then looks at me and says "yes! Mam". Realizing i was upset and because of how rude she was to me.I said, forget it! She has the worst attitude and i left! The other associate then yells "lisa!!!" This was the worst customer service from LIsa AND SHE has a terrible attitude everytime i go into belks, but this time. Nope, im done! Hopefully she gets the training she needs, because i can only imagine how she treats customers.

  Lisa at the Estée Lauder counter is extremely rude and has a horrible attitude. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend buying anything from her. I’d rather order online from another store before getting anything from her. :)

  Was trying to buy a citizen watch for over an hour, and after having asked for help numerous times, the only girl who could show us ANYTHING kept checking people out, the manager would NOT relieve her to come help us at all. So NEW people who came up long after we waited and waited and waited were helped, while we 5 customers in jewelry were told to keep waiting, they would get to us! After 1 hour, We decided to leave! Very upset with the horrid service and I will NEVER come back to ANY belks!
