    The lady in the mask and gloves at customer service was very rude and unhelpful and would not even attempt to help me with my coupon on my email. If she took off the mask and gloves like it's 2020 maybe she could open her brain.

    Don't go to the LaGrange location in the late afternoon/evening. The LaGrange location is disorganized with clothes thrown all over the place and only has a few employees. The person at the checkout was rude and had an attitude. She said, "I don't know what you're doing!" when I was pulling out my phone to show which coupons I wanted to use. It's really disappointing how the quality went downhill, and I've been going to this one since I was a kid. I won't go here again until they figure themselves out, but I will go to the ones in Newnan and Columbus. They've been a whole lot nicer than the one here.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store didn’t have my size in a shoe so they ordered my size online. I received the shoes and they still didn’t fit. I took them back up to this store that I order them from and they refused to give me a refund. It’s been under 30 days I had my receipt and the tags still on the shoes. The manager didn’t give me her name and refused to give me corporates number but it was the African American manager lady on the shift at 12 today at this location in Lagrange ga. She has a crooked eye! She proceeded to say the shoes had been worn when I only tried on one shoe. How could they have been worn with the tags still on them and they didn’t fit me?? She continued to make jokes to other customers about not trying on their shoes outside if you’re going to return them when I did no such thing. She was very nasty and unprofessional to be a manager. She was also making fun of another one of her workers calling them messy in front of customers when she’s clearly the messy one there. There was no reason she couldn’t have returned my shoes if it was under 30 days and they still had tags on them. I did contact corporate. This lady should be fired and Belk has lost a loyal customer today. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!

    If i could give zero stars i could. I Went to belks today to find a pair of shoes. Found the shoes and realized i left my card in the car. So i went to the front where the registers are. Saw a blonde hair lady and i politely asked her if it would be ok if i left my cart with my shoes. She did answer me; only turned glared at me for about 10 secs and gave me eyeroll as she turned away! Her coworker then looks at me and says "yes! Mam". Realizing i was upset and because of how rude she was to me.I said, forget it! She has the worst attitude and i left! The other associate then yells "lisa!!!" This was the worst customer service from LIsa AND SHE has a terrible attitude everytime i go into belks, but this time. Nope, im done! Hopefully she gets the training she needs, because i can only imagine how she treats customers.
