  Found a great pair of women's quality black leather slide on shoes for $50 less than retail. The store has a wide variety of clothes, handbags & accessories reasonably priced.

  Returning a gift without a receipt apparently qualifies as a criminal investigation here. The manager immediately went on a power trip, dramatically mentioning “loss prevention . I had a return w/o purchase it was a gift . The store manager tall& big was so rude and said he had to check w his loss prevention team to see if I had purchased it .The whole Interaction was dis tasteful & he made me feel like a criminal . It was a simple Gift that I received and did not like . He refused to get me any store credit and his attitude was arrogant & like he was superior like he is the CEO of Nordstrom rack . Horrible Horrible experience . How tacky was that to mention a loss prevention team. I’ve never had a store deny me a return as a gift . I didn’t have the receipt, which I understand can limit options, but the way the manager handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went in to return a gift without a receipt and was treated with hostility and suspicion instead of basic professionalism. The manager was rude, dismissive, and escalated the situation unnecessarily by bringing up “loss prevention,” as if I were doing something wrong simply for not having a receipt.It was less customer service and more wannabe mall cop energy. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing for someone that is the store manager . I will try talking to Someone higher up than him .

  Nordstrom Rack offers good quality clothing with reasonable pricing, which makes shopping there worth it. However, the customer service could use improvement. The staff wasn’t very friendly during my visit and definitely needs better training to provide a more welcoming and helpful experience. With stronger customer service, this store could easily be one of the best options for affordable fashion.

  Not worth a trip for men’s clothing. The women’s selection is fantastic but men’s is relegated to a tiny portion of the store. Only giving two stars for the shoe selection.
