  It's not often that you're met with genuine care and kindness but I experienced that yesterday at Windsor in Town Center mall. My daughter had a gala to attend and the alterations shop was closed for emergency and we couldn't get the dress. As I walk into Windsor, Tiffany and Kamora went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! They were sincere and extremely caring. This might have been a small gesture for them but it came at a time when I truly needed it. I'll always remember this experience and make Windsor my first stop the next time we need a dress!

  Dresses on their own are beautiful, but I suggest getting a size up if you're curvy. The problem was the staff. I was struggling while changing. Had a small panic attack in the changing room as I couldn't get out of a dress (I have some mobility issues) and when asking my partner to help me get out of it, he was told to immediately leave. When I said out loud that I'd need help, there was no response. Thankfully I was able to get out of the dress without damaging it, but was not very happy with what I experienced while struggling. If you want a beautiful dress, go to Windsor, but this specific stores staff made me feel completely ignored and afraid during try-ons <3

  Shopping for the holidays, I understand it’s the most stressful time of year! Thank you Skerlin and Christina so much for the help and wonderful customer service! Skerlin more so the most THANKS! I walked in stressed from the holidays and I was excited to see the sale going on in the store so of course I spoiled myself! She made my process smoother and was so kind and just a cheerful face to everyone!!!! Now the so called manager on duty, Kamore (sorry if spelling is incorrect) but she needs to relax a bit… she was a bit too much for my experience and on top of that not any type of kind to guest in the store in my experience. I got a lot of accessories and set them on the counter… and instead of setting them gently on the back counter or even asking if I could come get them, she just shoves them to the side after confirming they were the items I was getting. Then her face just screamed I have an attitude… smile a bit love. Thank you again to the two helpful and kind employees!!!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible staff (CARMEN) and store manager (TIARA). My daughter tried to return a jacket that was bought within 14 days and it was UNWORN. The employee, CARMEN, started by searching the jacket up and down and said there was a stain. ABSOLUTE LIE! The jacket had not been worn. She proceeds to go and talk to the store manager (TIARA) who was very rude to my daughters. I wouldn’t shop at this store if they were giving away free merchandise. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where you and your hard earned money matters! The jacket was returned to the Perimeter Mall location without any issues or false accusations so definitely stay away from the Town Center Mall location!

  I loved my experience here. The stylist kamora really helped me find the right outfit for an event. The staff were really nice and accommodating and friendly. The store was very clean and organized the only problem was the cold It was so cold I didn’t want to take my clothes off in the fitting rooms but other than that I love coming to Windsor it’s always good vibes.
