A few hours had gone by and we were in the area so we swung by to see if they had an estimated time. The big guy with a huge beard at the front was so rude he told us “if they didn’t email you that it’s ready then it’s not ready.” So I simply asked if there was an estimated time and he replied with “it’ll be ready when it’s ready I don’t know probably tomorrow.” At this point I’m getting frustrated because of how rude he’s being. We were willing to go walk around the mall for an hour or two. So we go to look at the shoes on the wall and a sweet girl (who was already helping two other people) comes up and asked if we wanted it in a specific size, and she goes to get our sizes for us. At that point I explained what was going on and how rude the guy up front was (who was now leaning on the counter with his coworkers chit chatting) and her and another lady were able to process our order like it was no big deal. So not only was the first guy we talked to super rude, but down right lazy. They helped us in a matter of five minutes, when he just couldn’t even be bothered. If you hate your job that much, go somewhere else. Super thankful to the two ladies that did help us though ❤️
