  I'm changing my review to 4 stars due to prompt response from management about my less than experience. I appreciate that they cared enough to follow up with my issues and will give them another chance next time I plan a jewelry purchase. Went into the Kennesaw location today, Valentines Day to exchange a pair of earrings for larger size. Was a very simple transaction, picked the larger hoop size and were ready to check out- Alissa our sales associate told us that she needed to go get the card reader to complete our transaction, totally understandable- BUT she left us waiting while she proceeded to help another couple with engagement/wedding rings totally abandoning us. Only when my husband walked over and got her attention, reminding her that our sale had been completed short of payment did she bother to go get the card reader and complete our purchase. Her response was that we work with multiple customers at a time. Really NO, complete one sale before going to the next. I realize that the ring purchase was most likely a better commission, but it was super rude to leave us waiting. Shane Co, we expect better. You are not even the only jeweler in that plaza. Maybe next time I will say- He went to JARDED.
