  Quick shout out to Derek Karlin and his amazing team running the Kennesaw Best Buy Outlet Center. Their service and pricing is so fantastic I have instructed wife, friends and family to go there first before any other electronics store. I had a complex price match issue from months ago on pictured microwave (yes I procrastinate profusely),… long story, (and decided to add super deal on GE Opal 2.0 ice maker) but in 10 minutes today he was able to make sense of everything and issue the $30 difference to my BB CC with nothing more than my phone number. Easy peasy — Brock, Seth, David, Vinny and others who’s name I failed to catch have been so helpful over the past year or two, I will continue to make this my first stop shop for anything and everything that they or other electronic stores may carry. Special help Great job team !!

  Amazing experience with purchasing a new Smart-TV. Was hopeful to get a good deal on a high quality set, but the more I researched it, the more confused I got. There are so many choices, features to consider, etc. Even when I got to the store, there were still a ton of choices. Emma was unbelievably knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding me into making a purchase of something I have confidence in and am excited about owning. The only reason it's not 5-stars is because when I checked out I was told that I would get 3 months of YouTube Premium free. I got the email to activate, and it doesn't work. Clicking the link and putting in the redeem code that was provided just gets me a 'This offer is not available" message.

  I purchased a stove on 11/26/25 included extra charges for delivery, installation, and hall off (over $1k). Today 12/18/25 I still have no working stove. The delivery and hall off were done. The installation was not as Best Buy alleges that their delivery is not licensed to hook up gas stoves( yet they hooked up my last one which was also bought from this same location in 2022)! They then said they would reimburse me for the installation and the incorrect cord for $39.99 that they also had me buy…and did not. Instead offered a giftcard, smh. They told me i had to find a plumber to install the stove so I did and paid $150 only to find that an error code is preventing the use of the oven. I have been unable to reach management for Bestbuy. It almost seems that my number is blocked since all I get is BOTS that term my call at both numbers. It seems that this will end up being a BBB complaint. I will also need to contact the FTC since my credit is also involved, because I ewill not pay for a broken piece of metal. This defeated the whole purpose of driving 45 minutes to this location for a new stove! I am sure someone got a commission running my credit only to screw me with this purchase. NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY. I have been doordashing for food since 11/26, it has been almost a full month without a working stove. I wish I would have just got it at Home Depot!

  I recently visited this store and was surprised by the pricing of their damaged and open-box items. In several instances, these items were priced higher than brand-new versions of the same products at competing retailers. This pricing strategy raises concerns about value for the customer. While I appreciate the availability of discounted items, the pricing needs to be more competitive and transparent to justify purchasing less-than-new products. I recommend comparing prices carefully before making a purchase.
