  I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with D. Geller & Son in Kennesaw, GA—especially Cindy Lawing, who went above and beyond in every possible way. I brought in both my ring and my late husband’s ring for cleaning, which was already an emotional experience. During the process, the polishing removed what remained of his ring’s original sandpaper finish. While there wasn’t much of that finish left to begin with, I was hoping to preserve its more understated look rather than have it come back shiny. From the moment I expressed that concern, Cindy was incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding. She treated the situation with such care and empathy, never making me feel like it was “just another repair.” Instead, she truly recognized the sentimental value behind the piece. Without hesitation, they offered to send the ring out for full restoration to bring back its original finish—something that means so much to me. In addition, I found a beautiful necklace there that allows me to wear my husband’s ring close to my heart, which has brought me a great deal of comfort. This wasn’t just excellent customer service—it was genuine kindness during a difficult moment. Cindy Lawing and the team at D. Geller & Son turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one I’ll always be grateful for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only quality jewelry services, but also people who truly care.

  Cindy was the absolute best! She was so patient and kind while we sorted out our wedding bands and tried on different styles. My fiance also got my engagement ring here and both experiences were amazing! The entire team is the best!

  They told me it would cost $6,000 for a plain gold ring. The next jewelry store over said $750!!! Straight scamming!
