They refused and had me buy it online and wait an hour to pick up the same item I walked to the front of the store. Absolutly waste of time.

I was told they do. After driving up from Marietta, I was then told they would not replace the rod and I was misinformed while on the call. The manager said it had to be a manufacturer defect. I explained it broke on my second use and asked if she could prove there was no defect. No response given. Just utterly disappointed with how this was handled. A small gesture and a little trust could have kept a future customer. They would have came out ahead in the near future as fishing is not a cheap sport.
