What are the warranty options?
There is a lifetime warranty on the gas logs from breaking or cracking.
How long is the installation process?
Typically 45 minutes or less.
Do you need to come to my home to view my fireplace?
Not all the time. We can view pictures of your fireplace and give you recommendations based on those pictures.
What is the most popular style of fireplace logs you sell?
The most popular styles are the Timber Sets because they put out the most heat.
Do you sell vented or vent-free gas logs?
We sell both. But highly recommend the vented sets over the vent-free sets.
What is the difference between a vented and a vent-free set?
The vented sets are more realistic and have a natural flame pattern with a glowing amber bed. The vent-free sets have an upright flame that does not touch the logs in any way. The best way to see this would be to visit our showroom!
Do the vented sets produce as much heat as the vent-free set?
The high radiant vented Timber sets will put out heat 15 to 20 feet in front of your fireplace. In the vent-free sets, the majority of the heat will end up towards the ceiling.
