- ACAndrea ChampagneSep 24, 20251.0This store is not logical what so ever when it comes to returns and stay closing early. Tried to return costumes where the packaging had snap buttons. I was told they don’t allow customers to return costumes with a receipt because they are costumes. They allow people to return shoes, clothes but not costumes which are a form of clothing. I call another Citi Trends location and they told me, “Yes as long as I have the receipt”. I guess I will be shopping at that location from here on out. Also, on their receipt, it doesn’t say you can’t return costumes. Smh.
