  Would not accept a coupon that they gave me when delivering an order that was sent to me.

  Horrible service! Ordered a cake (3) days in advance then I get a call day of delivery stating they don’t have them and they can’t control their web site! To make it worse you can not order for delivery from alternate location as you are forced (if delivery) to use location in that area! A responsible business would’ve given me the heads up when I ordered so I could find an alternate plan! But waiting til last minute was to force me to pick something else from them! Well that’s not going to happen! I’d suggest if you need a gift you order from anyone BUT this company! Thank you to Nothing Bunt Cakes for cleaning up the mess Edible Arraignments made! They didn’t refund me so I’ve had to file a BBB complaint I suggest everyone do this to protect others from being ripped off by this place!

  My order was the (Small) Sweet Support Dessert Board. The delivery was on time, it was delivered to the correct business and the business owner, but somehow the Mr. and Mrs. Redfearn was left off of the card; therefore the wife immediately called me (the customer) highly pissed that her name wasn’t on the fruit arrangement basket and only the Barber’s (her husband) name that completed the Hair Color and Cut Service for my Mom was the only name on the card. I reached out to the Edible Arrangements Store that the driver picked the order up from and they were unable to locate my order in their system to see what was the custom message I added on the card. Long story short, the platter wasn’t even opened by the owner and his wife due to her name not being on the card and therefore my “Barber Appreciation” gift was thrown in the trash can. When I viewed the link provided for the thank you card, the Mr. and Mrs. Redfearn was seen on the link that I clicked. Me and my family have ordered lots of arrangements from Edible and have never had this issue before. It’s unfortunate it happened with this order and a beautiful thank you gift was thrown away because of a simple error that was not within my control. Even after verbally explaining to the wife that the gift was for she and her husband, that did not ease her anger.

  Giving them 3 stars because the delivery was made but no one from edible arrangements communicated to me or the recipient that it would be delivered. They also did not answer or return my calls. The order wasn’t updated online the way that it should have been. Customer service never responded to my inquiry. This is my first time using edible arrangements and I likely will not use them again or recommend to friends. Too much money and not enough customer service.

  I got my mom a small bouquet of flowers and six Chocolate covered strawberries. This was a gift I sent on her Anniversary. My dad passed away 10 years ago and it’s been tough so I wanted to do something special to surprise her despite being in NY. I paid extra money for the one hour delivery and gave a 20% tip. Totaling around $60. The gift arrived almost 6 hours later, with Dead, moldy Flowers’s before writing this review I called the store and left a message that was never returned. I emailed them three times with no response. I will never spend my money on edible arrangements again. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
